  • Choose a minimum of 3–4 days a week and on each of these days go for a brisk walk. When I say brisk, I mean walking a little faster than you normally do. The duration of such a walk should last 30–60 minutes.
  • Remember to wear comfortable footwear. Running shoes will work well.
  • This walk can be, for example, your way to work or school. You don’t have to make a specific plan for your walking time (as is the case with running).
  • While walking, you can listen to podcasts, learn foreign languages, etc. Time then flies much more pleasantly, and you use that time much more efficiently.
